Notice and Take Down Policy

Essential Heating & Air LLC is committed to respecting intellectual property rights and complying with applicable laws. This Notice and Take Down Policy explains our process for addressing claims of copyright infringement or other unlawful content.

Reporting Infringing Content

If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please provide us with the following information: identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; identification of the material on our website that you claim is infringing; your contact information (name, address, phone number, email); a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized; and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate.

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will: review the claim promptly; remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the claim appears valid; notify the content provider of the removal; and provide an opportunity to submit a counter-notice if appropriate.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with: identification of the removed content; your contact information; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error; and your consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
