12-Year Workmanship Warranty

All qualifying new HVAC system installations by Essential Heating & Air LLC are covered by our 12-year workmanship warranty. This covers defects in installation workmanship — if something goes wrong due to how we installed your system, we'll fix it at no charge.

Manufacturer Equipment Warranties

In addition to our workmanship warranty, all new HVAC equipment comes with manufacturer warranties. Most major brands offer 10-year parts warranties on registered equipment. Some brands, like Amana, offer lifetime unit replacement warranties on select models.

What's Covered

Our warranty covers: installation workmanship defects, refrigerant leaks caused by installation errors, electrical connection failures, ductwork connections made during installation, and system startup and commissioning issues.

Warranty Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage: the system must be registered with the manufacturer within 60 days of installation; annual maintenance must be performed by a licensed HVAC contractor; the system must be operated according to manufacturer guidelines; and any modifications must be performed by a licensed contractor.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at (941) 367-6176 or submit a request through our website. We will schedule a diagnostic visit to assess the issue. If the issue is covered under warranty, we will perform the repair at no charge.
