Services

Essential Heating & Air LLC provides residential and commercial HVAC installation, repair, maintenance, and related services in Sarasota, Manatee, Hillsborough, and Pinellas Counties, Florida. All work is performed by licensed technicians under License CAC1820412.

Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates are provided for new system installations and major projects. Diagnostic fees may apply for service calls. All pricing is provided upfront before work begins. Prices are subject to change based on parts availability and market conditions.

Warranty

We provide a 12-year warranty on qualifying new system installations, covering both parts and labor. Manufacturer warranties apply to all equipment installed. Warranty coverage requires annual maintenance by Essential Heating & Air LLC or an authorized HVAC contractor.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing options are available for qualifying customers.

Limitation of Liability

Essential Heating & Air LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sarasota County, Florida.
